Douglas Anderson
Chairman
Mr. Anderson was formally trained on Wall Street as an Underwriter. During his career in the Fortune 500 Financial Services Sector, he rose to management positions with $25MM in underwriting authority. In 1998, Mr. Anderson started his own investment banking firm where he sourced, structured, executed, monitored, or exited dozens of transactions. He has been exposed or involved in most aspects of corporate finance including, underwriting, private equity, venture capital, mergers, acquisitions, mutual fund development and management, board development, business plan development, strategic planning, road show and promotion, IPO and ICO. He has raised hundreds of millions in private equity and worked on transactions exceeding a billion. He has been interviewed and broadcast nationally and internationally, many times as an expert both on NASDAQ and at the NYSE. Prior to his work in corporate finance, Mr. Anderson served in the U.S. Marine Corps, including the elite Marine Reconnaissance Battalion, he held a Top-Secret clearance while serving operationally in the U.S. State Department at American Embassies overseas as well as at the U.N. in New York.
Mr. Anderson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and postgraduate graduate education includes executive education from Harvard in Finance and Texas A&M in Agriculture Science. While in public service he completed several courses through the USMC and US Department of State to include Infantry Training School, Combatant Divers Course, Multiple Survival Training, and U.S. Intelligence School Sierra Vista, AZ. Mr. Anderson has served as an Advisor, Director, public company CEO and public company Board Director over his career and currently serves as a board director on two publicly traded companies.
Denys Stepenenko

His career has been a testament to resilience, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to safety in some of the world's most challenging environments.
From Kabul to the sophisticated sets of Amazon and Sony Film Studios, Mr. Stepanenko has managed and coordinated complex security operations that ensure the safety of personnel and the protection of assets. His tenure as a Security Manager and Coordinator in these high-profile settings speaks volumes about his ability to safeguard high-value targets and manage risk in unpredictable environments.
Mr. Stepanenko's expertise extends beyond conventional security roles. As a former Special Operations Forces Team Leader with the Ukrainian Navy, he led elite units in high-stakes missions, honing skills that blend tactical precision with strategic foresight. His military background is complemented by his advisory roles at AMP Synergy, Dexxdef, and 7.62 Company, where he has been instrumental in shaping security protocols and advising on defense strategies for cutting-edge organizations.
Educated at institutions such as Kharkiv National University and the Odessa Military Academy, Mr. Stepanenko has continuously sought to deepen his expertise. His training includes advanced courses in medicine for remote areas, close protection, and first-response operations, equipping him with the knowledge to lead in even the most volatile situations.

Gabriel Linta
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Gabriel Lință during his career in the private sector rose to top management positions with 5 companies. In 1990, Mr. Gabriel Lință started his own firm that continues to function since then. He has been involved in most aspects of the companies. He served as both a Marketing Director and Business Development Manager in all the companies, as well as a General Manager for G. Transcomexim, A.C. Gabriel, D.H.S. Distribution and DACIA Security.
Mr. Gabriel Lință earned his undergraduate degree from the Polithehnical Institute of Bucharest where he majored in Mechanical Engineering and postgraduate education includes masters degrees in Current issues of National Security at National Defense College and European Regional Security at Center for Security Studies – George C. Marshall. In private service he has worked with several military production companies from ROMARM. Mr. Lință’s experience with arms & armament production is recognised by the industry domain.
Aurel Cazacu
Board Advisor
Mr. Aurel Cazacu, a military officer turned business development and corporate leader has unparallel experience in the arms and armament industry from the government perspective and the industry perspective. Mr. Cazacu served aviation officer in the Air Force Staff of the Ministry of Defense in Romania, including the elite companies of the National Defense Ministry. Subsequently Mr. Cazacu, served as the General Manager and Board Chairman of Romtehnica, a company of the National Defense Ministry as well as Chairman of the Board of Romarm, a holding company with 15 factories for armament production. During his career he has held several leadership positions in the Government to include the Ministry of Economy where he was a General Director in the Defense Industry and
Special Equipment Division. Additionally, he served as both a Marketing Director and Business Development Manager in both Romania and the United Arab Emirates. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Black Wolf Global, Neves 77 Solutions, and Criabo Defense & Security companies in the special forces, armament, military intelligence and counter-terrorist industries. Currently, he is a Colonel in the Air Force Reserves.
Mr. Cazacu earned his undergraduate degree from Romania’s Military Technical Academy where he majored in Mechanical Engineering and postgraduate graduate education includes masters’ degrees in Strategic Management, National Defense and Management of the Defense Industry. While in public service he has worked with several NATO agencies and has collaborated with embassies in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Mr. Cazacu’s experience with arms & armament is among the most elite public servants within the European Military industrial complex.
